These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of amplypwr.com and purchases of products from AmplyPwr (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the site and purchase products.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Products, pricing & availability

• We sell power banks and related tech accessories. Product images are illustrative; actual appearance may vary.
• Prices, promotions, specifications, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and cancel orders affected by errors.

3. Orders & payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues). If payment was captured, we will refund you.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including applicable taxes and shipping.

4. Shipping & delivery

• Shipping options, costs, and estimates are presented at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Returns, refunds & exchanges

We aim for you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please email hello@amplypwr.com with your order number. Returns are handled in line with our Return & Warranty Policy (if available on the site). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Warranty

Products may include a limited manufacturer or store warranty as described on the product page or in our Return & Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions.

7. Safety & compliance (power banks)

• Use only compatible chargers and cables. Follow all safety instructions on product packaging and manuals.
• Do not expose batteries to heat, puncture, crush, or disassemble. Stop using and contact us if the device swells, leaks, overheats, or malfunctions.
• Check airline or transportation rules before traveling with power banks.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access).
• You may not use our products for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site (including text, graphics, logos, product images, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Third-party services

Our site may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase/use of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AmplyPwr harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AmplyPwr is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location. Consumers may have mandatory local rights that prevail. If you need a specific jurisdiction named, please replace this clause accordingly.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” will be updated, and material changes may be communicated more prominently. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
