Refunds and Returns

30-Day Warranty

• All Amply products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at hello@amplypwr.com.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

• Email hello@amplypwr.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
